About us
We design successful systems that don't break down.
Twenty years of building automation, security, and custom software for people who need it to actually work — and keep working.
We build the systems other shops won't take on — physical automation, hardened security, custom software, and the bridges that connect old systems to new ones. Here's a look at what we do every day.
Automation
Need a device that opens your garage by voice, proximity, visual cue, or gesture? We can take it from idea to production-ready in days. Or fire up the robotic lawnmower every Tuesday at 9am and text you when it's done.
That's the physical side. On the data side: every Monday, an AI-linked system drops 200 qualified leads on your sales team's desk — people who actually searched for what you make, fix, or sell. Or a dentist sending automated postcards to prospects who searched for implants, plus a follow-up survey to last week's patients. We've built it all.
Computer Security
Our staff has been in this circle since 1984. We help everyone — complete novice to industry expert — follow the practices that keep hackers far away from your data, money, and property.
Need a recommendation on antivirus? Want to know whether your site can withstand a packet storm? Ready to put our penetration testing services to work — against your site, your service, or even your facility? Yes, that's what we do, and we do it with precision.
Programming & Coding
This part we truly love. A fully HIPAA-compliant patient records system? Done. Scripts to export your customer data from one platform and ingest it into another that's totally incompatible? Piece of cake.
A custom-built CRM wired into any third-party email service? Yep. A script that watches inventory across several remote offices and auto-orders the moment stock drops below a threshold? We ship those all the time.
Limitless Design Services
The industry is full of "can't-do-it" developers — folks uncomfortable building something they haven't seen before. That's not us. We enjoy the challenges other shops turn down.
We grew up needing to learn a variety of trades just to survive, so when a client asks "can you do this?" we review the need, build an action plan, and come back with a strong YES. Doesn't matter how dissimilar the systems are — even if one of them is still called a mainframe.
How we communicate with you
When you become a client we make heavy use of email and text messaging to stay in touch. First contact is our intake form — that's where you tell us who you are, what you need, and when you need it.
Once we receive the intake form we reach out by email or SMS to schedule a call so we can lock the idea into our heads cleanly. From there we work with you to build the plan of attack — firm dates for deliverables, ongoing SMS touchpoints, and a check-in every Friday (if you've opted in to SMS) to ask whether anything has changed, even subtly. Text or email your answers and our AI-based design engines update with whatever's new. You stay fully informed through the entire design phase.
No gotchas
The thing master developers and designers hate most are the "gotchas" that derail projects. We're trained to ask the small, mundane-sounding questions along the way — they're critical to the outcome. Many of our clients arrive with horror stories: a previous team built something so different from the original plan it looked like no one ever talked.
We share every step with you during the creation and life of your project. Some clients have been so happy with how we kept them in the loop that they outsourced 100% of their design and production work to us. That's because we like to communicate — and that's what makes successful projects.
